Major outcome of the audit

• Projected overall savings: Rs. 25.25 Lakhs
• Immediate savings – with minimal investments: 9 + Lakhs
• Chillers were found operating at very high iKW/ TR, i.e 2.1+ compare to 1.1 as it should be ideally.
• Chilled water pumps were operating inefficiently and not in sync with the chillers.
• Online UPS for the projection and audio system were found operating at less than 50% capacity hence suggested to reduce capacities in the future outlets to save capital cost.
• As per the harmonics analysis, system was found operating in the permissible limits.
• Prepared a 90 page report with all the analysis along with graphs and tables. Suggested a detailed implementation plan to optimize energy consumption.
